N’Ketiah Brakohiapa, a keeper of Ghanaian adinkra cloth making will discuss how he translates ancient adinkra symbols and stories into modern fashion and lead a hands-on printing demonstration. Doug Blandy of the University of Oregon and Paddy Bowman of Local Learning are facilitators.
Also, don’t miss JFE authors Marit Dewhurst and Keonna Hendrick who will lead a March 1 pre-conference workshop on diversity and inclusion in museum education.
