Reminder: AFS will meet in Buffalo, New York this October. The deadline for proposals for papers for 2018 is March 31st. The theme for AFS 2018 is “No Illusions, No Exclusions,” and proposals exploring this theme are encouraged, but not required. If you are interested in presenting (in any format) and wish to have the panel sponsored by the Folklore and Education Section, or are looking for additional presenters to fill out a panel or diamond or poster presentation, please send an email to the section conveners this year: Jan Rosenberg and Rebecca Smith (contact details below).
